A long list (four pages worth) of issues were discovered. I took the car to be inspected by a trusted mechanic. It took about a week and a half to complete the process and another couple of days for the car to be delivered. I purchased a vehicle from Shift-that part of the process was not as easy as expected. This has been an ongoing saga that is still playing out, but my experience thus far is enough for me to give only one star. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from making the same mistake I did with this company. The car has been a colossal disappointment, and the company's handling of the situation is unforgivable. This isn't just about a faulty car it's about the trust and credibility of a company that has failed its customers on many fronts. However, when I ran into the devastating mechanical issues within this period, they decided to ignore their commitment, leaving me in a state of despair. I was promised a 7-day trial period, a safety net for the customers. They even had the audacity to dishonor their own policies. From sales to customer service, the lack of professionalism and dedication was palpable, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. ![]() Every single interaction with them was utterly displeasing. The company's service was horrendous, to say the least. Right off the bat, the car was riddled with major engine and transmission issues, two components you'd assume were inspected meticulously before selling. ![]() Despite promising a robust and quality vehicle, they delivered an absolute clunker. The car I recently purchased from this company has been nothing short of a disastrous nightmare. If you want a car, run as far away from as you can! Don't fall for it like I did. Seriously?! I'm stuck with this lemon, and they won't even help fix it. Their reason? "Oopsie-daisy, human error". And their financial department? Late on paying off my old car loan, messing with my credit score. Turns out their return policy is just decoration. Tried returning the car - nope, not happening. Kept passing me around like a hot potato. I mean, what were they even inspecting?! When I rang 'em up, customer service didn't give two hoots. The car was gross, not cleaned properly, and the mechanical issues - don't even get me started! Squeaky brakes, weird transmission, and tires on the edge of being bald. Mistake? Yeah, you bet! They boasted about this 'big deal' 150-point inspection, but lemme tell you, my 6-year-old niece could've done a better job. Late, unprepared, and acted like he didn't even wanna be there. Their website looked legit, they promised no-hassle car buying, and I was like, "Sign me up!" But boy, was I wrong! The dude who showed up to show me the car knew less about it than I did. OMG, where do I even start with ? I was so hopeful, y'all.
